Cosmopolitan |
1 cup crushed ice 45ml vodka 30ml cointreau 20ml cranberry juice 10ml lime juice |
Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with orange. |

Mango Bellini |
60ml mango nectar 15ml mango liqueur 5ml lime juice 120ml champagne |
Place ingredients in a chilled champagne glass. Top with 120ml chilled champagne. |

Melon Ball |
45ml midori 30ml vodka 50ml pineapple juice 50ml orange juice |
Shake all ingredients together, serve over crushed ice in a Highball glass. |
