*Dessert pieces per person applies if you are not serving a cake as dessert. If you are having cake as a dessert, you only need 2-3 additional pieces for the length of the party

COCKTAIL

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

Cosmopolitan

1 cup crushed ice

45ml vodka

30ml cointreau

20ml cranberry juice

10ml lime juice

Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with orange.

Mango Bellini

60ml mango nectar

15ml mango liqueur

5ml lime juice

120ml champagne

Place ingredients in a chilled champagne glass. Top with 120ml chilled champagne.

Melon Ball

45ml midori

30ml vodka

50ml pineapple juice

50ml orange juice

Shake all ingredients together, serve over crushed ice in a Highball glass.
